Coupland’s Bakeries is one of the largest independently owned bakery chains in New Zealand.
Evans Street store is one of our 25 stores, second in Timaru and every year this store has over 145 000 customers that walk through its door. Our whole business started in Timaru so we are very connected with this town.
Evans street store was opened in May 2002 in a place of old Challenge gas station. The transformation started in November 2001 and lasted for 6 months so this year we decided that it was time for a well deserved makeover.
We are very proud to present our new look. Doing exterior colours and makeovers is a really exciting job, it gives the building such an enormous life. Creating the good experience we want for our customers has been an exciting journey, and we are very pleased with the outcome (we hope you are too!)
Of course, we don’t want to stop with only outside, so we already started making plans to make our Evans Street store interior more interesting and inviting with a nice atmosphere for you to enjoy your shopping as much as possible.
Definitely much more exciting things are waiting to happen in our Evans Street store.
