Here’s your chance to win a Hotlap Ride in an Iconic piece of Australasian Motorsport History – a Genuine Dick Johnson Racing Group A Ford Sierra RS500 Cosworth! These Machines had a reputation as being the fastest and the most brutal Group A cars to drive, but they managed to stack up an impressive list of achievements during their time on the racetracks around the world. At the end of the cars development, the 4 cylinder 2 litre engine produced in excess of 550 Horsepower, an immense number considering the limited tyre size and brake package. This particular car was the last Sierra Built by DJR and even though it is nearly 30 years old, it is in perfect condition and still retains all the “character” these cars possessed, especially the incredible acceleration performance which tops out at 260km/h on the front straight at Mike Pero Motorsport Park.
