Online Sales Terms & Conditions:

• Not all Coupland’s products are available for online ordering and shipping.
• Please allow 3 – 5 business days for urban shipping and 5 – 7 business days for rural delivery.  We will endeavour to deliver goods on the agreed delivery dates but, to the maximum extent permitted by law we will not be held liable for late delivery.
• We currently only supply to New Zealand addresses. Please ensure the delivery address and receiver’s name for your order is accurate as these cannot be changed once processed.  We will not take responsibility for any orders that go missing due to incorrect delivery information provided by you.
• You must notify us within 7 days of the dispatch date (as stated in the email we send confirming dispatch) if you have not received an item.  Risk in the goods will pass to you on delivery.
• Once your order is confirmed we are unable to change any aspects of your order. Please carefully check your order details before completing payment of the order. In order to protect our customers and services, we reserve the right to cancel orders or request other methods of payment for orders received.
• Stock availability: Products displayed on our website are subject to availability in our physical and online store.  We have made every effort to provide accurate stock availability information on our website, however, we do not guarantee that if a product is available for purchase online, that stock will be available to purchase at our physical stores or online.  We reserve the right to limit some products in a single transaction.
• Prices are displayed in New Zealand dollars, inclusive of goods and services tax (GST).  We have made every effort to provide accurate pricing information on our website.   In the event of a pricing error on our website, the inaccurate price will not be honoured at our physical stores and we reserve the right to cancel any orders placed on our online store.  Coupland’s reserve the right to change any aspect of our product information at any time without notice.
• Promotions are available only while stocks last.
• Promotional pricing may be available online from time to time but does not mean same pricing is available in store and vice versa.
• Accessories used in photographs are not included in the price, and colours may differ slightly from online images.

Click & Ship:

At Coupland’s we take pride in delivering quality products that offer real value for money.  If there is a problem with your online delivery, we would love to hear from you to make it right.

• We endeavour to send all orders in a timely manner and packaged in a way to best secure the product for transit as much as possible, however please note due to the nature of our products, we cannot guarantee they will arrive to you without some wear & tear of transit.
• Product refunds maybe available within the current situations:
  1. Incorrect products or quantities delivered
  2. Overly damaged products
  3. Quality standard
  4. Delivery errors out of the customer’s control
• To initiate a refund please contact onlinesales@couplands.co.nz in the first instance and quote your online order number and the product issue.
  1. We will send you a product issue form to help us understand the full issue and correct details.
  2. A photo maybe required AND/OR the product to be returned. We will advise next step once the form has been received and if agreed will send a courier bag for return of product.
  3. Refund requests must be received within 7 days of receiving your order.

Gift Vouchers:

1. Coupland’s Gift Vouchers may only be used for products and services at Coupland’s Stores. Find a Bakery
2. Coupland’s Gift Vouchers are preloaded in denominations of $5.00, $10.00, $20.00 or $50.00.
3. Once purchased, Coupland’s Gift Vouchers are not refundable or exchangeable for cash.
4. No change will be given on any gift voucher.
5. Please allow 3 – 5 business days for shipping and 5 – 7 business days for rural delivery.
6. Coupland’s Gift Vouchers expire 12 months from the date of purchase.
7. Gift vouchers cannot be shipped to P O Boxes.
8. Coupland’s Bakeries is not responsible for any lost or stolen gift cards. Risk of loss or theft and title for gift voucher passes to the purchaser on transfer. This card and the purchases made with it are subject to the terms of trade as set by Coupland’s Bakeries, which may change from time to time.

1. Coupland’s Click & Collect service is currently only available for certain products.  Not all Coupland’s stores are available as Click & Collect locations.
2. Once purchased, Coupland’s Click & Collect packs are not refundable or exchangeable for cash.
3. Orders must be placed a minimum of 48 hours in advance.
4. When placing your order, you will be asked to select your preferred date and time slot for picking up.
5. You will need to show your order confirmation email to the site staff member when asked as proof of payment.  A staff member will collect your order, record the collection and place your order at the designated drop zone.
