  • 1 pack of Coupland’s Garlic Ciabatta loaf
  • 2 large ripe tomatoes (diced)
  • 1 clove garlic (minced)
  • 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
  • Fresh basil leaves (chopped)
  • 1 tsp balsamic vinegar (optional)
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Grated parmesan (optional, for garnish)

 

Instructions:

 

1. Prepare the Bread:
