Sorry due to stock availability, strict lockdown and cash handling safety, we can only offer pre-paid sales.

Can I collect from another Christchurch Store?

No, at this time, Click & Collect is only available at our Christchurch Hornby Store.

Can I make any changes to my order?

No, at this time all packs are set, based on stock availability.

Can I purchase vouchers in person?

Yes, Gift Vouchers are available for purchase in all of our stores.

Can I purchase from overseas?

Yes you can, however Gift Vouchers can only be shipped to addresses within New Zealand.

Can I get my Gift Vouchers shipped overseas?

No, Gift Vouchers must be shipped to an address within New Zealand.

Are the Gift Vouchers re-loadable?

No, Gift Vouchers are one-time use.
